1. Who we are

Rapid Response Locksmiths ("we", "our", "us") is a Hampshire-based mobile locksmith service covering Basingstoke and the surrounding RG postcodes. We respect your privacy and look after the small amount of personal data we collect from you carefully.

2. What we collect

Your name and contact details (phone, email, address) when you book a job or request a quote
Notes about the job we attend (lock type, door type, photos for insurance jobs)
Payment confirmation details from our card processor (we never see card numbers ourselves)
Standard website analytics (pages visited, anonymised IP, device type)

3. How we use it

To dispatch a technician and complete the work you booked
To keep records of locks fitted and parts supplied (handy if a key is lost or you need a re-cut later)
To produce reports and photographs for your insurer where applicable
To improve our website

4. How long we keep it

Job records are kept for 7 years (HMRC requirement). After that they're destroyed. Marketing data, where you've opted in, is kept until you ask us to remove it.

5. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to see what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@basingstokelocksmith.co.uk and we'll handle it within 30 days.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of standard cookies for analytics. No advertising cookies, no third-party trackers beyond our hosting provider and analytics tool.
